Hi Mini KCO! 

Thank you so much for your patience during the past couple of weeks as we navigated through family time with the passing of my grandmother and studio renovations from the partial roof collapse this past July. While we are sad we were not able to have formal auditions this year, we’re ready to roll and wanted to reach out and let you know our plans:

One more note on auditions. Don’t worry! One of the great perks of having the same faculty run our Academy program as well as our Company program is that we KNOW where our students need to be, what they are capable of, and how to place them. 

​

HERE’S THE INFO FOR THE YEAR

• The studio will open for classes the last week of September.

 

• This means tuition payments will begin October 1, 2023 this year. 9 months instead of 10

 

• If you hadn’t already checked out the website when enrollment opened late July, the K Company class schedule forMini KCO members will be on WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY from 5:30-7:30pm.  This time includes CHEER on Wednesday from 6:30-7:30pm. We encourage you to add cheer on Wednesday. The cost is an additional $20 per month but it is worth every penny! 

 

• If you haven’t already paid your registration fee, using your KAD account, you can find the “2023-2024 K Company Gold membership fee (mandatory) from the search menu.

• Everyone will need to be enrolled by Sept 18th. Reminder, search: 2023-2024 K COMPANY (Gold) Membership or email me or Ms Jess at info@kristisacademy.com to run it for you. 

 

• Once you have completed your registration we will add your student to KCO classes and you have two options for tuition payment:

    OPTION #1: Log in and pay your tuition when you receive notice via email or text that your child has been enrolled in their KCO classes. This is if you’d like to get the payment done early. If not choose Option #2

     

 

• • OPTION #2: Opt for your tuition to automatically run on October 1 (and monthly through June 1) like normal.

UP INTO 4 PAYMENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.

The fees include all conventions, competitions, and costumes.

 

All 4 Costumes w/rhinestones: $300 

One Convention: $180

Christmas Show Fee: $85

Two Competition Entry Fees: $140

Competition Jewelry: $25

KCO Warm Up Jacket: $75

TOTAL: $805
